1. About these terms

VOXFIELD.AI (“VOXFIELD”, “we”, “us”) is operated by VOXFIELD.AI. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to our website, the VOXFIELD application at app.voxfield.ai, and every purchase of credits or the Founders Pass (together, the “Service”).

By creating an account, buying credits or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility and your account

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live if that is higher.
• Give accurate information when you sign up, and keep your email address up to date. We use it to match payments and add credits.
• Keep your login details secure. You are responsible for everything done through your account.
• An account is for one person or one business. Do not sell, share or transfer your account.

3. How credits work

Credits are prepaid units that you spend to generate content on VOXFIELD. All your credits sit in one wallet and can be used across eligible voice, image and video models.

• The number of credits a generation costs depends on the model, the media type and the length or duration. The exact cost is shown before you generate.
• Credits are deducted only when a generation succeeds. If a generation fails, its credits are returned to your wallet immediately.
• Credits have no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for money, transferred to another account or resold, except as described in our Refund Policy.
• We may change the credit cost of models in the future. A change never affects credits already deducted for a completed generation.

4. Standard credit packages

Standard packages are one-time purchases. There is no subscription and nothing renews.

Credits from standard packages do not expire while your account remains open and in good standing and while the Service is operating.

Package names, prices and credit amounts are shown on our pricing page at the time of purchase.

5. Founders Pass

The Founders Pass is an introductory launch offer. It costs $69 as a single payment and includes 50,000 credits.

• The full 50,000 credits are added to your wallet at once, when your payment is verified. That day is your activation date.
• Founders credits have no expiry date (“lifetime access”). Lifetime means for as long as VOXFIELD operates and your account remains open and in good standing, on the same basis as standard package credits.
• The Founders Pass does not renew automatically and you will not be charged again.
• Founders may receive early access to selected new features. Which features, and when, is at our discretion.
• The offer may end on a stated date or when a stated number of passes has been sold. We will not extend a deadline or cap and then present it as unchanged.
• Credits from standard packages you buy in addition keep their own terms and do not expire.

6. Payment and delivery of credits

Payments are processed by PayPal through PayPal’s secure checkout. We never see or store your card or bank details. Prices are in US dollars. Any taxes or fees charged by PayPal or your bank are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.

We verify each payment and then add the credits to the VOXFIELD account registered with the same email address as your PayPal payment, within 24 hours. If you paid with a different email address, contact us with your PayPal transaction ID and your VOXFIELD account email and we will add the credits to the right account.

We may decline or cancel a purchase that looks fraudulent or breaks these Terms. If we do, we refund the payment.

7. Refunds

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Acceptable use

You must not use VOXFIELD to create, upload or share content that:

• is illegal, or helps someone break the law;
• sexualises minors in any way, or is sexual content involving a real person without their consent;
• imitates a real person’s voice, face or identity without their permission, or is meant to make people believe a real person said or did something they did not;
• is used for fraud, scams, phishing, impersonation or spam;
• harasses, threatens or promotes violence or hatred against people;
• is deliberately false and presented as fact, such as fake news or election misinformation;
• infringes someone else’s copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights.

You must also not try to get around credit costs or usage limits, reverse engineer the Service, access it with automated tools we have not approved, or interfere with its security or other users.

Each AI model provider also has its own usage rules. Content those providers do not allow may be blocked, and repeated attempts can lead to suspension.

9. Your content and generated outputs

You keep the rights you have in the prompts, scripts and files you submit (“inputs”). As between you and VOXFIELD, and to the extent the law and the model provider’s terms allow, you own the outputs you generate and may use them for personal and commercial purposes.

You give us a limited permission to store, process and send your inputs and outputs to the selected AI model provider, only as needed to run and secure the Service and to support you.

AI outputs can be inaccurate, unexpected or similar to outputs generated for other people. Check outputs before you publish or rely on them. You are responsible for how you use them, including making sure you have the rights to anything you include in your inputs.

10. Third-party AI models

VOXFIELD gives you access to models from third-party providers, such as Google, OpenAI, Microsoft, ByteDance, Alibaba. These providers are independent of VOXFIELD and their names are trademarks of their owners.

Providers can change, limit or retire their models. We may add, remove or update models, or change which models are eligible for Founders credits. If a model becomes unavailable, your credits stay in your wallet and can be used with other eligible models.

11. Availability and changes to the Service

We work to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may pause it for maintenance or to fix problems.

We may improve or change features over time. If we decide to permanently close the Service, we will give at least 30 days’ notice by email and on our website so you can use your remaining credits.

12. Suspension and closing your account

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, misuses the Service or is linked to fraud or a chargeback. Credits in an account closed for these reasons are forfeited.

You can close your account at any time by contacting us. Unused credits are not refunded when you close your account, except as set out in our Refund Policy.

13. Disclaimer

The Service and all outputs are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that outputs will be accurate, original or suitable for a particular purpose.

14. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, VOXFIELD is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of profits, revenue, data or reputation. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under the laws that apply to you.

15. Your responsibility for claims

If someone makes a claim against VOXFIELD because of content you created or uploaded, or because you broke these Terms, you agree to cover the reasonable costs and losses that result, to the extent the law allows.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version on this page with a new “last updated” date and, for important changes, tell you by email or in the app before they take effect. Purchases already made keep the credit terms that applied when you bought them.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Dubai, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim locally.
