Credits not showing yet?
Credits are added within 24 hours of payment, to the account that uses your PayPal email. Paid with a different email? Send us your PayPal transaction ID.
Refunds
Unused purchases can be refunded within 7 days. Failed generations return their credits automatically.
Technical problems
Tell us which model you used, what you tried and what happened. We’ll look into it.
