Privacy Policy

What information VOXFIELD.AI collects, why we need it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

  • We collect what we need to run your account, process purchases and generate your content.
  • Payments are handled by PayPal. We never see your card or bank details.
  • Your prompts and files are sent to the AI provider of the model you choose, only to generate your result.
  • We do not sell your personal data.

1. Who we are

VOXFIELD.AI is operated by VOXFIELD.AI. We are responsible for the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at voxfieldai@gmail.com.

2. Information we collect

  • Account information: your name (if you give it), email address and login details.
  • Purchase information: from PayPal we receive your name, PayPal email address, transaction ID, the amount paid and the item bought. Card and bank details stay with PayPal.
  • Your content: the prompts, scripts and files you submit, and the voice, image and video outputs you generate.
  • Usage and device information: pages and features used, credits spent, IP address, browser and device type, and error logs.
  • Messages: what you send us when you contact support.
  • Cookies and similar tools: see “Cookies and analytics” below.

3. How we use it

  • to create and run your account and wallet;
  • to generate the content you ask for;
  • to verify payments and add credits to the right account;
  • to answer support requests and handle refunds;
  • to keep the Service secure and prevent fraud and misuse;
  • to understand how the website and app are used and improve them;
  • to measure our advertising, only where you have agreed to it;
  • to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We use your information to perform our contract with you, for our legitimate interests in running and protecting the Service, to meet legal obligations, and, for analytics and advertising cookies, with your consent.

4. AI model providers

When you generate content, your inputs are sent to the provider of the model you select, such as Google, OpenAI, Microsoft, ByteDance, Alibaba, so the model can produce your result. The output is returned to your VOXFIELD account. These providers process the data under their own terms and privacy policies.

Please do not include sensitive personal information about yourself or others in prompts or uploads unless it is necessary.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:

  • AI model providers, as described above;
  • PayPal, to process payments and refunds;
  • hosting, storage and email providers that run the Service for us;
  • analytics and advertising providers (Google Analytics and Meta), only with your consent where consent is required;
  • authorities or other parties when the law requires it, or to protect our users and the Service;
  • a buyer or successor if VOXFIELD is sold or merged, under the same protections.

6. Cookies and analytics

Our website uses cookies that are needed for it to work. With your consent, we also use Google Analytics to understand visits and Meta Pixel to measure our ads. Until you agree, these tools run in a restricted mode that does not set advertising or analytics cookies. You can change your choice at any time in the cookie settings on our website or in your browser.

7. International transfers

VOXFIELD and its providers operate in several countries. Your information may be processed outside the country where you live. When it is, we rely on the providers’ contractual and security commitments to protect it.

8. How long we keep it

  • Account information: while your account is open, and for a short period after you close it.
  • Your content and outputs: while they are in your account, or until you delete them or close your account.
  • Purchase records: as long as tax and accounting laws require.
  • Support messages and logs: as long as needed to help you and keep the Service secure.

9. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and reputable infrastructure providers to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password and tell us right away if you suspect unauthorised access.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask us to:

  • give you a copy of your personal data;
  • correct information that is wrong;
  • delete your data and account;
  • stop or limit certain uses, or object to them;
  • withdraw consent you have given, for example for analytics cookies.

Email voxfieldai@gmail.com from your account email address. We reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live.

11. Children

VOXFIELD is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We will post the new version here with a new “last updated” date, and tell you about important changes by email or in the app.
